Well, for a start, I really like the melodies. However, I'm not so keen on the instrument you use for the main melody. I have used a similar sound for some of my own tracks, sometimes to good effect, sometimes not so good.

Unfortunately it seems that the track stays on the same theme for too long. I like the concept of the ticking clock and its relevance to the title... time slipping away, I presume. Good idea, but the end sounds a bit incomplete.

Nice ambient feel overall, it just needs to do more to keep me interested throughout the track.
